Week 1

Welcome to week 1 of the BOUNCE BACK BOLDLY program!

It's hard to chart a path to where you want to go if you don't know where you at right now!

This week is all about looking at the life you are living, your levels of satisfaction with the various areas of your life, and gaining insight into how what you think and what you've been saying to yourself and about yourself, up until now, keeps you stuck short of the life you dream about.

Wanting to change is great, but it's harder to do if you don't examine if your thoughts support your movement. i always say 'where the mind goes the behind follows', so you need to really get a good grasp of why you are in the place you are now and what needs to change long before you start DOING different, you have to BE different in your thinking because thoughts are fundamental to everything you want to become and do.

This week will give you a guided opportunity to stop going through your life on auto-pilot, and to be honest with yourself about whether you are living in a mental mansion of a mental mud pit. We will work to uncover our negative beliefs and practice methods to discarding them.

- What is the story you tell yourself about yourself?

- How is it controlling many areas of your life?

CORE NEGATIVE BELIEFS

- Learn to pinpoint what beliefs you are interacting with as though they are facts.

AFFIRMATIONS

- Exploring how instrumental your words are to creating your new world.
