Last week the Bounce Back Boldly Program touched on the game changing concept of question thinking. In the journey of gaining awareness of how we think about ourselves, people, situations and the world, how helpful is it to realize that the questions going through our minds not only steer all our actions, but are also a good indication of whether you’re in judgment of anything or if you are thinking in a way that can produce healthy results

It’s hard to accomplish much if you feel that if things don’t come relatively easily then they either aren’t meant for you to have or to be. Whether it’s relationships, physical challenges, grasping a concept or going for an opportunity, if you think the past is indicative of what’s possible in the present, then it will be quite difficult to move into uncharted territory or to maintain what you have obtained when things get a little rough.
This week is an opportunity to figure out why you may go for something (or someone) tenaciously, while refraining from pursuing other things you desire with the same fervor.
