Week 4
Welcome to week 4 of the BOUNCE BACK BOLDLY program!

There is no other way but forgiveness to clean wounds of all poison.
Last week the Bounce Back Boldly Program looked at two mindset master manipulators that are largely responsible for us either staying stuck in the same patterns, relationships and attitudes about ourselves, others and our abilities.
This week is a monster! We will tackle the distinctions between truly letting go of the notion that the past can be different and just finding ways to deal with what has happened to you.
Many of us spend a lot of energy and time contemplating things that will never change no matter how much we try, and the reason for that is because they are things from our past, long over and done. We lament over, cry over, strategize, pick apart, and contemplate the 'whys' and 'hows', and often carry emotional treasure chests that weigh us down. This is an opportunity to see where you are still bearing the burden for other people’s sins and for your own, what it looks and feels like to let go of wishing for things to be different, and the ways we fool ourselves into thinking we’re constructively dealing with our memories.
